Changed your mind?
If you’re not completely convinced by our amazing designs, we will happily exchange the item or provide a credit (sale items are final) provided that:
- The goods are returned within 30 days
- The goods are unworn and remain in their original packaging
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Revicena Apparels may refuse an exchange or credit.
Processing a store credit
We will process all returns within 5 business days after we receive the goods. Please note any shipping charges are not refundable.
Processing and exchange
There is no additional charge if you want to exchange items, however you will need to cover all additional shipping costs. We will dispatch the exchanged item/s within 5 business days of receiving your original purchase.
Faulty or damaged products
If an item you purchased arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately so that we can help rectify the issue. Please include details of your order number, name and a photo showing the damage.
We will refund or replace any items that are faulty or damaged due to no fault of your own.
Any item damaged after delivery will not be refunded.
