There is no additional charge if you want to exchange items, however you will need to cover all additional shipping costs. We will dispatch the exchanged item/s within 5 business days of receiving your original purchase.

Faulty or damaged products

If an item you purchased arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately at so we can help rectify the issue. Please include details of your order number, name and a photo showing the damage.

We will refund or replace any items that are faulty or damaged due to no fault of your own.

Any item damaged after delivery will not be refunded.
